My husband and I recently returned from an unforgettable 8-day holiday in Egypt, organised by Egypt Direct Tours. Our itinerary included visits to Giza, Saqqara, the Grand Egyptian Museum, an overnight trip to Bahariya Oasis, and several days in Luxor. We had the pleasure of being guided by Bassam and Yahya, and driven by Yousry and Bogdady. All of them were friendly, professional, and made us feel at ease throughout our journey. Prior to our trip, we had read about negative experiences involving harassment at tourist spots. However, with Bassam and Yahya by our side, we felt shielded from such issues as no vendors approached us when they saw we were with tour guides. This greatly contributed to making our holiday in Egypt a pleasant and stress-free experience. Special shoutout to Bassam, who was an exceptional tour guide and Egyptologist. Yahya was great too, but Bassam's knowledge and passion for Egypt's history made our trip unforgettable. We also saw Bassam tipping some workers at Giza on our behalf so they wouldn't bother us, which was incredibly thoughtful. Ahmed and his team made all measures necessary to ensure our trip was comfortable and enjoyable. They were all punctual with hotel and airport pickups, which made our travel experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend Egypt Direct Tours for their outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring a wonderful travel experience. Had a mesmerizing and adventurous tour to Egypt, which was exceptionally well arranged by Mr. Ahmad,my tour operator , my trip started on 23rd December 2024, I was traveling from Kochi, Kerala, India,it was one week trip, day one after reaching Cairo,I was taken to hotel by Mr. Waleed my driver for the trip, who was a pleasant man, the best with good knowledge of all the places. Day 2 visited the pyramids which was a great experience, next day Alexandria, which was knowledgeable after seeing the library and history of the place, next two days visited local places in Cairo, the visit to museum was a good experience. one night cruise dinner at Nile was good, hotel and cab provided was the best, pick up and drop was arranged well and time management was good, local guide was there to brief about history and culture, i was dropped back to airport with all the beautiful experience of Egypt,I would highly recommend Egypt direct tour and in particular Ahmed for their commitment to provide everything best. I am Alessandro from Italy. I had holiday in Cairo and surroundings (including 1 full day in Alexandria) with my 2 parents in March 2025. I asked support to help me to Egypt Direct Tours..and I was in contact with the manager Ahmed El Kadi. He was very helpful for us..he found for us an apartment in Giza with Pyramid view. The apartment was well furnished and with a good price. Our guide was Mr Ahmed (Italian language speaking)..he was very kind with us with a lot of explanations. He stayed with us for all days except departure day. I recommend him. Our driver was Hassan..very good driver inside traffic jams in Cairo! We also was very kind with us. He also can speak English and he was always on time. Important..his van was every day clean. Definitively i recommend Egypt Direct Tours to plan your holiday. Ask to Mr Ahmed El Kadi. I and my wife booked a tour of pyramids, sphinx, memphis and saqqara with egypt direct tours company and we are very satisfied with the service, guiding and the program. Our guide Mr. Naser arrived punctually at our hotel. Our driver Hasan was very kind and attentive driver. He drove the minibus which was in a very condition with great care. Our guide Mr. Naser gave us detailed information. He gave us enough time to enjoy the sites and thanks to his experience that we didn't wait in any lines anywhere. I used Egypt Direct Tours this year and traveled to Cairo, spending Christmas and my birthday there. Mohamed and Nasser did not disappoint! They were extremely professional but helpful in fulfilling our visa requirements for Egypt. They even sent their agent for us at the airport to meet and assist us, the agent arranged for our tours and transfers and even helped us in exchanging currency and getting a local sim card saving us a lot of extra hassle....so overall it was worth booking their services.

I organized a 10 day tour for 16 friends to visit Egypt for the first time. We chose Egypt Direct Tour because Ahmed is very open to adjust the itinerary to accommodate our interest. I was a bit nervous before the trip. But everything worked out well. We were picked up and dropped off on time for our various flights, had very professional drivers for the whole time, and our two tour guides are very kind and knowledgeable. It also kept the scammers away from us all day long and prevented us from being disturbed.Yosri was a kind driver, always on time to pick us up from locations and was kindly assisting us.

Naser was absolutely amazing!!! We are all the way from Australia and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide! The most genuine person ever and took us everywhere we wanted to go! He took some incredible photos also! kamal k came everywhere with us too, made sure we enjoyed every moment. As a female in a new country I always feel anxious but this experience made me feel nothing of that nature because of these two gentlemen! So so so happy! You won’t regret this I promise!

What a fantastic experience. Had issues with viator bookings, so looked up companies on Google and Egypt Direct did not disappoint. Organized through WhatsApp day before. Easy and painless Nasir and Bilal (sorry for my attempted spelling, my friends) met us in the morning, hit all of our dream points for the day, were warm and welcoming, and constantly ensured we were engaged with the plan. They helped us with key photo spots, ensured we liked what we did, and made sure we knew the history of what we were seeing. A strong recommendation from our group, and a delightful time.

I rendomly found him through internet and got surprised with his professional approach. Both the days were very carefully planed despite my last minute requests. Nasser and shrif were absolutely amazing !!!! Nasser took so many pictures for me. He was patient. I did a private tour, they stopped and helped me take pictures everywhere I went. After visiting the pyramids and sphinx, they took me to make my own perfume oil, following a spices/tea/chocolate treats tour, we went to see Egyptian art, an Egyptian jeweler whereas able to create my own necklace, and finally a museum filled with other 20 mummies. Amazing day. Included pick up and drop off and all private transfers and tickets. Thank you for showing my Egypt !

Egypt Direct Tours was a great tour company that will take good care of you while in Egypt. We loved our guides Mervy and Mohamed that they selected for us. We were taken to all the top highlights, great 4 star hotels and excellent river cruise. They were willing to accommodate all of our needs and requests and made sure our group of 12 was happy. I would not recommend taking the sleeping train unless the government updates them because they are extremely dirty. This was not the tour company's fault however and they were willing to book us flight tickets back from Aswan to Cairo so we wouldn't have to take the train again. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend taking a trip with this company. Thanks so much for the adventure!

The 12-day Egypt and Jordan trip we took with Egypt Direct has just come to an end. I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed and the entire Egypt Direct team for making our trip an unforgettable experience. In our hotel, Mr. Ahmed personally met with us. Throughout our tour, they assisted us in every way possible, from airport pickup to visa processing (in Jordan), to currency exchange, and getting SIM cards. The drivers and guides were all punctual and very knowledgeable. They provided us with tips on how to avoid crowds and get the best photos. As a result of bad weather, we had to change our literary selection. They were very flexible in meeting our needs. We are very happy and satisfied. Mr. Bassam was the best tour guide ( In Cairo) and Mr. Yosuf ( In Jordan) was the best driver. We highly recommend Egypt Direct as a reliable and trustworthy company.

For our family trip to Egypt, we needed a local point of contact. I googled up on Local Cairo Tour Operators and that's how I connected with Brother Ahmed from Egypt Direct Tours. There were no references so had to take a leap of faith and go with him. Turned out to be a great decision. The Nile cruise Aswan to Luxor was Excellent and exactly what was promised plus all our intercity transfers were very smooth. Basis our experience, would recommend him for any others planning a trip to Egypt.
